lunch: Salami & Cheese on Crackers w/Pickles, Olives, and Baby Carrots
dinner: Sesame Beef Short Ribs w/Carrots & Cabbage over Brown Rice and a Brownie Birthday Cake Sundae!!
Tuesday
breakfast: Oatmeal and Oranges
lunch: Almond Butter & Dried Cranberries on Brown Rice Cakes, Celery & Carrot Sticks
dinner: Homemade Pizza
Wednesday
breakfast: Applesauce Bread with Cream Cheese, Kiwis
lunch: Chicken-Vegetable Udon Soup, Bananas
dinner: Hot Italian Sausage and Lentil Stew w/Spinach & Mushrooms
Thursday
breakfast: Oatmeal and Oranges
lunch: Toasted Cheese Sandwiches & Tomato Soup, Apples
dinner: Slow Cooker Chicken & Dumpling Stew
dessert: WW Chocolate Chip Cookies from the freezer
Friday
breakfast: Applesauce Bread w/Almond Butter, Apples
lunch: Eggs on Toast and Oranges
dinner: 15-Bean Soup, fresh WW Cheddar Loaf
Saturday
breakfast: Sweet Potato Cinnamon Rolls ((from freezer))
lunch: Stracciatella, fresh Italian Loaf
dinner: Grilled Flat Iron Steaks, Baked Sweet Potato Fries, Green Salad
